JAKARTA. Eliminating price disparity of 3 Kg and 12 Kg or 50 Kg LPG is one way needed to avoid forgery. If the government takes price adaptation, so incapable citizens will get such a direct subsidize.
“If the adaptation causes the increase of 3 Kg to 12 Kg, so the important point is not to add the citizens’ burden as the user of LPG. It can be such a direct subsidize,” says the Minister of Citizen Welfare Coordinator Agung Laksono, yesterday.
Talking about the amount and direct subsidize mechanism to the citizens is still in discussion process.
“This (advantages) is only from one TKP. Based on this fact, the government is doing some efforts to eliminate any chance of doing forgery,” he says
According to the Bareskrim POLRI’s data, since 2007 has happened 82 accidents related to LPG, consisted of 58 accidents of 12 kg LPG, and 24 accidents of 3 Kg LPG. (AK)
