THE RETAIL PRICE OF CERTAIN BBM: PREMIUM GASOLINE,
GAS OIL AND KEROSENE ARE FIXED

The monitoring and evaluation result of crude oil price development and BBM products price in the world market in June 2011 decreased compare to the price in May 2011. The decrease was caused by the release of strategic reserves of crude oil for about 60 million barrel from the countries member of International Energy Agency (IEA), the weakness of global economy because of Greece crisis and the decrease of manufacture demand of China and USA. Even though the average price of the world oil has exceed the assumption of APBN 2011, but by considering the condition of real sectors and both global and national economy, and also the development of oil price, which is not stable, the government determine that the Retail Price of certain BBM; Premium Gasoline, Gas Oil, and Kerosene for domestics, Small Enterprise, Fishery, Transportation and Public Services are not changing.

That is why, commencing on 00.00 of local time on July 15th, 2011, is established that the Retail Price of certain BBM; Premium Gasoline, Gas Oil, and Kerosene is not changing and fixed referring to the Regulation of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 1 Year 2009, January 12th, 2009 concerning The Retail Price of certain BBM; Kerosene, Premium Gasoline and Gas Oil for domestics, Small Enterprise, Fishery, Transportation and Public Services are: Premium Gasoline Rp. 4.500,- (four thousand five hundreds) per liter, Gas Oil Rp. 4.500,- (four thousand five hundreds) per liter and Kerosene Rp. 2.500,- (two thousand five hundreds) per liter.
