THE COOPERATION OF MEMR SECTORS’S CAPACITY IMPROVEMENT
IN HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT
BETWEEN EDUCATION AND TRAINNING AGENCY
WITH TEBUIRENG BOARDING

The activity is one of the series of transformation program or bridge/catalyst in the effort of MEMR to keep the sustainability of energy management which relates to diversification program and conservation actualization. Human role (human resources) take an important position in energy utilization and energy saving.

MEMR and stakeholders find a need to accelerate SDM (human resources) quality improvement through educational support and MEMR-training. That is why cooperation agreement between Education and Training Agency MEMR (Badan Diklat ESDM) with Tebu Ireng Boarding has been done.

For this time, the training program will be started by welder skill training with qualification 6G/E9 18 (eight teen weeks) in Pusdiklat Minyak dan Gas Bumi, Cepu, and followed by 20 participants. The given training material is admitted its quality Institute of Welding (IIW) and internationally admitted (55 countries).

Ministry of EMR states thanks and appreciation to various parties, especially business entities in sub sector of mineral and coal, which have given full support for sector human resources quality improvement program.
