THE RETAIL PRICE OF CERTAIN FUELS: GASOLINE PREMIUM, GAS OIL AND KEROSENE ARE FIXED

Monitoring and evaluation result of crude oil price growth and BBM products price in the world market in October 2011 slightly decrease compare to oil price of September 2011. The decrease is caused by the unfinished debt crisis of Greece, the slow of US economic recovery, and the subside of Libya conflict. Even though the average of the world oil price has exceeded the assumption of APBN-P 2011, by considering real sector condition and both global and national economy and also the instability of oil price growth, the government decided that the Retail Price of Certain Fuels; kerosene, Gasoline Premium, and gas oil for domestic, small enterprises, fish farm, transportation, and public service are fixed.

Commencing on 00.00 of local time, November 15th 2011 is set that the retail price of certain fuels: Gasoline Premium, Gas Oil, and Kerosene are fixed referring to Minister of EMR’s Regulation Number 1 Year 2009, January 12th, 2009 concerning the Retail Price of Certain Fuels; kerosene, Gasoline Premium, and Gas Oil for Domestic, Small Enterprises, Fish Farm, Transportation; Gasoline Premium Rp 4.500,- (four thousand five hundred rupiah) per liter, Gas Oil Rp 4.500,- (four thousand five hundred rupiah) per liter, and Kerosene Rp 2.500,- (two thousand five hundred rupiah) per liter.
