Human Resources Development Agency of Energy and Mineral Resources

Human Resources Development Agency of Energy and Mineral Resources is under the authority of and responsible to the Minister. A Head of Agency leads Human Resources Development Agency of Energy and Mineral Resources.


Duties and Functions

Human Resources Development Agency of Energy and Mineral Resources is responsible for organizing human resources development program in the field of oil and gas, electricity, mineral and coal, new, renewable energy and energy conservation, and geology. In performing those duties, Human Resources Development Agency of Energy and Mineral Resources has the following functions:

1. formulating technical policy, plan, and program of human resources development in the field of oil and gas, electricity, mineral and coal, new, renewable energy and energy conservation, and geology;

2. organizing the human resources development program in the field of oil and gas, electricity, mineral and coal, new, renewable energy and energy conservation, and geology;

3. giving supervision, evaluation and report of human resources development program in the field of oil and gas, electricity, mineral and coal, new, renewable energy and energy conservation, and geology

4. managing the administration of Human Resources Development Agency of Energy and Mineral Resources; and

5. performing other functions assigned by the Minister.


Organizational Structure

Human Resources Development Agency of Energy and Mineral Resources consists of:

1. Secretariat of Human Resources Development Agency of Energy and Mineral Resources;

2. Center for Human Resources Development of Electricity, New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation;

3. Center for Human Resources Development of Oil and Gas;

4. Center for Human Resources Development of Geology, Mineral, and Coal;

5. Center for Human Resources Development of Apparatus.
